The initial data of this GEMINAE ARTUS project was to use a spacious flat horizontal area in order to obtain maximum convenience and useful functional space both inside and outside the house. For this reason, the L-shape of the house was chosen, in which the inner courtyard space is closed from prying eyes, with the possibility of obtaining an atmosphere of privacy and silence..

The architectural concept was created in our recognizable "soft" contemporary style, in which all natural textures and volumes play in harmonious interaction with each other, creating a pleasant feeling of warmth, comfort and reliability.

In the zone of the main facade, massive bracket frames made of two types of natural stone, light and dark, are indicated, symbolizing the unity and struggle of opposites on the one hand, and a reliable foundation as a strong construct protecting from the outside world, on the other hand. And the panoramic opening of the house in the courtyard fully shows the functional and visual potential of this project.

Here we see several zones of attraction - two swimming pools, a SPA zone, a gym, two recreation areas on the terraces, an open fire zone: all this forms a comfortable presence even for a large number of guests.
