This project was developed for a well-known film director, who indicated the need to integrate an acting studio with guest bedrooms and a terrace into the group of buildings. At the same time, it was important to ensure the private functioning of the main house.

The house-workshop is located at some distance from the main house, it has a large hall inside, its own kitchen, two bedrooms and a terrace. Also, the main house has a large open space (kitchen, living room, dining room) with its own exits to the terraces, and on the second floor there are also two terraces: private for the master bedroom and shared with the rest of the bedrooms with a separate exit from the hall.
