The Bonum Project is for a sunny area, where it is important to create not just an "oasis", but something special both in the external appearance of the house and in the courtyard.

The idea is to preserve the attributes of modern architecture with colors, scales and textures characteristic of the southern archetypes of houses, taking into account all the ergonomic requirements for the premium segment.

The main facade implements an architectural narrative of asymmetrical forms with a changing rhythm of volumes and basic textures of wood and stone. The translucent dispersive mesh of the two blocks significantly reduces the impact of the scorching sun and reduces energy costs for cooling the building. Also, given the hot climate and the scale of the structure, underground parking for 12-15 cars is planned.

The courtyard is formed in the discourse of a resort pastime: a large T-shaped pool, a spa area with a large massage terrace, a roofed patio with an open fire and a large table. The size of the courtyard and the location of the functional areas can accommodate up to 20-30 guests.
